These images are from the early rubber bumper GT brochure, kindly given to me by Paul Kile when we met in San Francisco in July 2000, the V8 never had a brochure of its own:
Other parts of the brochure feature the Red Arrows and a girl in a mini-skirt - both 'sexy' images of the time in their own way. The girl had the unenviable task of sitting in the rear seat of the GT reading a magazine - presumably 'head bowed' was the only way she could fit in!
A case of "Gentlemen, please avert your gaze" whilst getting in and out.
